Account & data deletion

My Daily Health Reminder — request removal of your app account and the data stored with it.

You can delete your account and associated data from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option A: Delete in the app (fastest)

If you can open the app on your device:

  1. Open My Daily Health Reminder.
  2. Go to the Setup tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Expand Accounts.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, Firestore data, and uploads tied to that account, as described in the confirmation dialog.

Option B: Request deletion by email

Use this if you cannot use the app (for example, you uninstalled it or lost access to your device). To protect accounts from mistaken or fraudulent requests, we verify ownership using the information you provide before deleting data.

What to include

  • The phone number registered on your account, in international format (for example +46701234567).
  • A clear statement that you want your My Daily Health Reminder account and associated data deleted.

How to send the request

Email henrik@raketten.net with subject: Account deletion request - My Daily Health Reminder

We may reply to confirm your identity or ask for a small amount of additional detail before processing. If you no longer have access to the registered phone number, explain that in your message; we will work with you on a reasonable alternative where possible.
